In its June issue, Coastal Living magazine ranked the 15 happiest places to live on the coast and, not surprisingly, Kiawah Island, SC was named #1! The list, which takes into account factors like the number of sunny days and beach quality, among others, noted that, “with small-town charms and proximity to the gracious urbanity of Charleston, Kiawah makes the ideal possible: a vacation-like lifestyle with easy access to commerce and culture.” At Kiawah Island Real Estate, we couldn’t agree more!
