During your one-hour personal session, a C.H.E.K., Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach, will listen to your individual needs and make lifestyle suggestions on ways to increase vitality and decrease stress. These sessions are a wonderful way to begin the new year feeling more relaxed and aware.
