    Who’s The Happiest Seaside Town Around? That’s right, Kiawah!

    In its June issue, Coastal Living magazine ranked the 15 happiest places to live on the coast and, not surprisingly, Kiawah Island, SC was named #1!     First 100 Days of 2012 Produce Positive Results for Kiawah

    Kiawah’s real estate economy continues to improve, as seen in Kiawah Island Real Estate’s most recent Just Solds. The 21 properties on the list, which features closed properties between March 25 – April 29, include a variety of real estate properties and a wide range of price points, including five that closed at more than $2 million and a total sales volume of just over $23 million.

    Single Family Home & Villa Sales Continue to Increase

    This past month, Kiawah Island hosted the National Association of Realtors for their Resort and Second Home Symposium. NAR’s Chief Economist Lawrence Yun addressed attendees and although he suggests that growth will continue to be modest when compared to our last real estate recovery, he does expect a 7%-10% overall sales increase in second home markets over the next year.
