Celebrated Living Celebrates the Tides and the Beach House

Kiawah Partners | Christophe Harbour

The Tides at Kiawah and The Beach House at St. Kitts were recently featured in the Summer 2011 issue of Celebrated Living, the first class in-flight magazine of American Airlines, in a story about oceanfront dining.

A number of dining options, including a vibrant, refurbished dining room, a comfortable lounge, and wrap-around outdoor porch, welcome guests to the Tides at Kiawah. Incredible views of the Atlantic are paired with a mouth-watering menu by Executive Chef Doug Blair and Consulting Chef Tom Colicchio.

The Beach House, an open-air pavilion overlooking the crystal clear blue waters of the Caribbean, is St. Kitts’ finest dining experience. A fantastically fresh seafood-centric menu using flavors and textures from French, Spanish, African and Dutch cuisine, the Beach House delivers sophisticated, seasonal cuisine in a warm, casually elegant island setting.
