Fall Tour of Homes

Thanksgiving is always a special time at Kiawah. Families that spend the year apart from one another come together here to celebrate the season and count their blessings. Perfect weather, lingering sunsets that light up the sky, walks on the beach, and a host of Island activities make for lasting memories year after year. For many families, Kiawah Island Real Estate’s annual Fall Tour of Homes has become a part of their Thanksgiving tradition.

This event is a wonderful way to walk off some of the turkey and trimmings and spend the day after Thanksgiving exploring the Island’s latest real estate offerings and enjoying time with family, neighbors, and friends.

Please join us on Friday, November 27, 2009, to tour a diverse selection of homes. On the tour this year, you’ll see homes in different neighborhoods and at various price points, each with its own unique view—from lagoon to marsh to river.

Following the tour, Kiawah Island Real Estate will host a reception at Kiawah’s newest eco-friendly home, 109/111 Flyway Drive. Hors d'oeuvres and wine will be served, and a drawing will be held for a weekend getaway to Christophe Harbour, St. Kitts. The prize package includes lodging at the oceanfront bungalows, personal concierge services, dinner at the Beach House, a private island tour, and island activities and adventures. If you tour five or more properties and have your ticket validated at each home, you are eligible to participate in this drawing. You must be present to win.
