Fishing, Festivals, and Football – Fall Fun on Kiawah
The team at Kiawah Island Real Estate recently put together a list of their favorite things to do on the Island during the fall season. From getting their hands dirty on shrimping outings to watching football with friends, the list varies for all personalities!

See how some of our talented team likes to spend their fall days and nights.
Ellen Walkley, Sales Executive:
Fall on Kiawah is like a second summer. Temperatures are in the mid-70s and ideal for every outdoor activity. There are a lot of groups that get together to bike, kayak, and play golf and tennis. This year, the Conservancy is taking a trip to Little Bear Island on the northern end of the island.
Patrick Brumfield, Sales Executive:
Oyster Roasts at Mingo Point and the festivals and events at Freshfields Village.
Lewis Driskell, Sales Executive:
Walking on the beach and riding bikes.
Holly Morrison, KIRE Marketing Manager:
Riding bikes through the trails and watching football at Freshfields Village – Go Georgia Tech!
Rocky Stelling, Sales Executive:
Fishing and crabbing…and you can do both with cold beer!
Alicia Morrow, Executive Sales Administrator:
I love to bring my seven-year-old twins to Freshfields every year to see Santa Claus at the Holiday Festival at Freshfields to get their picture taken. They sit on the tractor afterwards and pretend they are driving. And we can’t leave without stopping at Vincent’s for an ice cream. They look forward to it so much!
Gordon Hillock, Sales Executive:
Shrimping in the creeks and fishing the flats for Redfish, oyster roasts, and – of course – selling real estate!
