Freshfields Village Hosts Annual Easter Festival
Kiawah Partners | Freshfields Village
On Saturday April 3, 2010 the Village Green at Freshfields Village will come alive with activities for the entire family to enjoy.
From 10:00 am to 2:00 pm activities including a jump castle, crafts, and face painting by Cupcake the Clown are certain to keep the kids entertained all afternoon. Pack your camera and snap a photo with the Easter Bunny who will be posing for pictures throughout the day.
Enjoy live music from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm by John Cusatis. Based in Charleston, John Cusatis provides a dynamic audience interactive musical performance that has made countless events unforgettable for those involved. John does not use recorded background music but instead relies on the audience to turn his live solo act into a "band." John provides the microphones, tambourines, maracas, bongos, washboards, cow bells, kazoos, and everything else from wood blocks to dread locks.
For those who prefer a more traditional expression of art, members of the Kiawah & Seabrook Island Artist Guild will be on site displaying their work and providing demonstrations. The Freshfields Village art galleries will also be hosting visiting artists and demonstrations just outside their doors.
Food and beverage will be available on the Green throughout the event.
