January Just Solds
As 2011 kicks into high gear, we are happy to bring you our most recent Just Solds, a list of properties that have sold through Kiawah Island Real Estate since mid-December.
Since August, we’ve been bringing you our Just Solds as a way to keep you up-to-date with the real estate market on Kiawah. This past year, activity picked up quite a bit across the board for all different types of properties. KIRE’s dollar volume increased 51% over the previous year for a total of more than $250MM. Also, the total number of properties sold in 2010 increased 26% over 2009.
