New Homesites Released for Sale in Cypress Point

If you have been waiting to become a part of Kiawah’s newest neighborhood, now is the perfect time to experience the natural beauty and quality design of the eco-friendly Cottages at Cypress Point. On August 18, Kiawah Island Real Estate will release the remaining homesites—each with extraordinary water and golf views—set within the Cypress Point neighborhood.

Located on the fifth hole of the River Course, Cypress Point overlooks a lagoon and is surrounded by grand trees that create a canopy for the neighborhood and frame the views to this extraordinary golf hole. The available lot/home packages are priced from $1.325 million to $1.775 million, and homes can range in size from approximately 2,200 to 2,500 heated and cooled square feet. Homes designed by architect Mitch Laplante are available for each of the homesites. Because no clear cutting was permitted throughout the construction process, Laplante specifically designed each plan around the existing grand trees on site.

Following the success of the May drawing, 12 of the 23 homesites have already been sold, and progress is being made each day in this new neighborhood. Three homes are completed and occupied, and six more are due to be finished by next spring. The neighborhood free-form pool and garden are currently under construction and on schedule to be completed this fall.
