The Doors Are Open for the 2011 Fall Tour of Homes

The fall season on Kiawah represents many things – cooler temperatures, an ever-changing landscape, and holidays spent with family and friends. Kiawah Island Real Estate’s Annual Fall Tour of Homes is a tradition for those who spend their Thanksgiving holiday here.

Guests are invited to join KIRE on Friday, November 25^th to explore a variety of the Island’s most recent selection of premier listings. This year’s tour features 16 homes, each with its own unique architectural design, interior décor, and striking views. For a list of participating homes, click here.

Following the tour, guests are invited to the Main Sales Center for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Guests who visit eight or more homes and have their tickets validated will have a chance to win four Saturday Grounds Passes to South Carolina’s first-ever major, the 2012 PGA Championship at Kiawah Island in August 2012. The winner, who must be present to win, will be announced at 6:30 p.m.

Reception:  5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Reception Location:  1 Kiawah Island Parkway
