Tour Our Exclusive Summer Offerings

To kick-off the July 4th holiday weekend, Kiawah Island Real Estate is hosting its annual Summer Tour of Homes and Cocktail Reception. All property owners and guests are invited to attend and enjoy the afternoon touring a premier selection of properties.

For the tour, we’ve included a variety of homes with ocean, marsh, and golf views, traditional and contemporary architecture, and one new, recently completed home. Tour as many as you wish and have your ticket validated at each home. If you visit six or more homes, you will be eligible for a drawing to win a Private Dinner Party prepared by a Kiawah Island Club Chef in your home. The five-course dinner, including a wine pairing, will feature flower arrangements, courtesy of Kiawah Island Real Estate. We will also take care of pre-party preparations and an after-party cleaning. The drawing will take place at the reception promptly at 6:30, and you must be present to win.

5:00 pm – 7:00 pm  •  Cocktail Reception at the Main Sales Center (located just before the main gate)

The Cocktail Reception is limited to 300 people. Please call Judy Percival at 843-768-3438 for reservations. This reception fills up fast!
